In Africa’s Bemba language, the word Lubuto means “knowledge, enlightenment and light”. It’s perhaps, then, the perfect name for a string of public libraries helping street children, orphans and disadvantaged youths in Zambia. In Perspective, we spoke to the president and founder of Lubuto Library Partners, Jane Kinney Meyers.
