The National Oil Corporation has held comprehensive discussions with Eni North Africa regarding the company’s completed and ongoing exploration and reconnaissance programmes for 2025, alongside proposed plans for 2026 across Libya’s onshore and offshore territories. The meeting took place at the NOC’s headquarters in Tripoli as part of the corporation’s annual review sessions with international partner companies.
During the talks, Eni presented a detailed overview of its seismic surveying activities, exploratory drilling operations, and geological and geophysical studies conducted over the past period. The session brought together the NOC’s Director of Exploration, his counterpart from Eni North Africa, and technical specialists from both organizations to evaluate progress and chart future exploration strategies.
