As of July 07, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 11,941,086 while 334,190,876 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 255,130 and 10,041,358 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,996,441 and 101,859 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,233,138 ) , Tunisia ( 1,066,127 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 502,189 ), Ethiopia ( 489,846 ), and Kenya ( 335,092 ).
