Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,242 and 9,726,132 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,871,085 and 100,630 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,165,552 ) , Tunisia ( 1,041,197 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 470,851 ), and Kenya ( 323,952 ).
