Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,590 and 9,766,659 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,915,258 and 100,898 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,166,224 ) , Tunisia ( 1,041,789 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 471,145 ), and Kenya ( 324,129 ).
