A bold step in Nigeria’s gas revolution! Temile Development Company has inked a N400 billion ($250M+) contract with Hyundai Heavy Industries to build an 88,000-cubic-metre Very Large Gas Carrier (VLGC).
At a signing event in London, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), Ekperikpe Ekpo, hailed the project as a milestone in Nigeria’s “Decade of Gas” journey. With this deal, Temile’s gas investments now top $450 million. Ekpo reiterated the government’s commitment to supporting indigenous firms driving economic transformation and energy innovation.
