The French government has condemned the “cowardly” attack on humanitarian workers in south-western Niger and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice. The attack took place at a giraffe reserve outside the capital. French aid group, the Agency for Technical Development and Cooperation, said several of its workers were among those killed.
