Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,556 and 9,759,336 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,908,020 and 100,867 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,166,100 ) , Tunisia ( 1,041,789 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 471,089 ), and Kenya ( 324,097 ).
