As of July 03, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 12,074,260 while 313,417,473 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 255,100 and 10,013,890 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,995,065 and 101,811 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,220,279 ) , Tunisia ( 1,052,180 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 502,138 ), Ethiopia ( 489,005 ), and Kenya ( 333,952 ).
